Refund policy

Please check all merchandise on style, size, color and quality are correct before decorating as we will not accept returns for printed, embroidered, or altered merchandise.

RA Number

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number issued by our company within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise. All returns must be received back within 15 days of the RA issue date and shipping must be paid by buyer. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt. We do not accept returns on custom products
